Our current page code

Updated October 21, 2026. We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or embedded social-media widgets to this version of StraightReview. Our page code does not intentionally store marketing identifiers in cookies, local storage or session storage.

The site does not have a user-account system, a retailer shopping basket or a newsletter form. Its main functions are to display editorial pages and provide navigation and source links. No optional tracking controls are presented for those page-code features because optional trackers have not been added.

Hosting services

A statement about our own page code is not a claim that the entire hosting service is cookie-free. Hosting, delivery and security systems may have technical behavior or operational logs outside that code. Their behavior depends on the services and settings involved.

We therefore do not describe the absence of added analytics as proof that no information is processed. Your browser still makes requests to receive a page. Our privacy policy explains the connection information involved in delivery and the scope of this notice.

Your browser and external websites

Most browsers let you inspect or remove data stored by a website and restrict some storage or tracking behavior. The exact controls depend on the browser and device. Clearing stored site data may affect settings used by other services, so review the browser's explanations before changing broad settings.

Following a link to a store or an external source takes you to a separate service. Its cookies and privacy practices are governed by its own setup and notices. StraightReview's page-code statement does not apply to that external site.

If features change

Before optional tracking or a feature using new browser storage is introduced, our standard is to check its actual behavior and update this information and any applicable controls. A button that appears to turn tracking off must do what the accompanying wording says.

If you see unexpected storage or a privacy control that appears misleading, email contact@straightreview.com with the page URL, browser and what you observed. Please do not include sensitive account information.
