Updated October 21, 2026. StraightReview is an editorial website published by StraightReview LLC, based in New York, United States. These terms explain the purpose of our content, the limits of an assessment and appropriate use of the site. Questions can be sent to contact@straightreview.com.
Our editorial standards, corrections policy and privacy policy provide additional information about the publication. They should be read in their ordinary context, rather than as a claim that every possible store check has been performed.
What an assessment provides
We publish information and opinions intended to help readers understand online stores. An assessment is based on the sources, scope and date described on the relevant page. It may examine published policies and available information without testing a purchase, inspecting premises or performing a technical security or financial audit.
Words such as “legitimate” or “favourable” express an editorial assessment of the evidence considered. They are not certification, insurance or a guarantee that a particular order will arrive, a product will meet expectations or a business will never change. Read the reasons and limitations alongside the verdict.
Purchases and external websites
StraightReview does not sell the products featured in store assessments, accept the retailer's payments or fulfil its orders. A purchase on a linked website is a separate transaction with the seller and any payment provider you use. Check the current seller identity, product description, delivery charges, return terms and payment protections before ordering.
Direct order support and refund requests to the seller or relevant payment provider. Links identify sources and destinations; their presence alone does not establish a commission arrangement, affiliation or endorsement by the linked business. Material commercial relationships should be explained under our disclosure policy.
Editorial responsibility and corrections
Our standard is to explain the basis of conclusions and take reasonable care with material statements. We can make mistakes, and evidence can develop. If a factual statement appears inaccurate, identify the passage and provide supporting evidence through our corrections process.
We may amend or remove content to correct errors, address significant omissions or respond to legitimate editorial, security or legal concerns. These terms do not excuse misleading statements, fraud or a responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. They do not take away a right or remedy protected by applicable law.
Information you send
Send accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not send unlawful material, passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary personal documents. Sending evidence does not require us to publish it, adopt a requested conclusion or remove an accurate statement.
We may use relevant information to investigate the issue and maintain an appropriate editorial record, subject to our privacy policy. We do not operate a public customer-review submission system or promise that messages sent to us will appear on the site.
Availability and changes
We may change the site, add content or revise an assessment. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continuous monitoring of every store. An assessment date records when the described evidence was considered; it is not a live guarantee of the seller's conduct.
