Tell us what needs attention.
A factual correction identifies a statement that was inaccurate when published. A policy update explains something that changed afterward. An editorial response offers a different interpretation or additional context. Please make that distinction in your message.
A retailer can disagree with a conclusion without the underlying fact being wrong. Equally, a favourable assessment can still contain a mistake that needs correction. Our publishing standards apply to both.
Make the request specific.
- Identify the page. Include its full StraightReview address and the section heading.
- Identify the statement. Quote the short passage you want checked and explain the issue.
- Supply the evidence. Link to the relevant public source. For a changed policy, include its effective date, applicable regions and any exclusions.
- Identify your connection. State your role and the exact store domain you represent. A message alone does not establish authority to speak for a business.
- Suggest a precise correction. Explain how the replacement wording follows from the source.
For example: “The review says all returns receive store credit. Our policy effective [date] states that eligible orders from [region] receive [method]. The relevant paragraph is at [public URL].” This is an illustration, not a claim about a particular store.
Share only what is necessary.
Prefer a publicly accessible policy or information page. Do not send customer lists, payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or unredacted private order records. If a record is relevant, describe the point it supports first and remove unnecessary personal information.
Messages are handled under our privacy policy. Please identify any information you consider confidential; do not assume that a submission creates a confidentiality agreement.
What a response can change.
Our standard is to check the disputed point against relevant evidence and correct a substantiated inaccuracy. A current policy may explain today’s terms without proving what a customer was offered earlier. A response may add context without changing the verdict.
Submitting material does not guarantee publication, removal of a review, a particular conclusion or a response within a fixed period. We do not offer a paid removal or paid verdict-change service. See our corrections process and connections and disclosures.

Readers suggesting a store for coverage can use the store-suggestion route. For a purchase problem, contact the seller or payment provider directly; this editorial process does not resolve an order dispute.
Clear sources. Useful context. A considered view.
