Read this before paying return postage
Change-of-mind returns of correctly made custom figurines are excluded. Approved refunds use the original payment method; post-issuance estimates are 3–5 business days for PayPal and 5–10 for cards. Obtain instructions from support@dodowish.com before posting; the administrative office does not accept returns. Cancellation or modification is free in the first two hours; later cancellation incurs a 30% service fee. Incorrect items, manufacturing defects and transit damage should be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos; confirmed eligible problems normally lead to a free remake. The separate one-year warranty remains.
