Ordinary returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date, not receipt. Contact the merchant to arrange a return; it describes a provided label and original-condition inspection before the refund, with original-payment or credit options. The later 5–7-business-day bank-posting period starts after returned goods arrive. Separately, damaged-item reports are due within 30 days of delivery with order details and photos.
