Eligible items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from when the order was placed, rather than an unanchored or receipt-based period. Use the merchant’s return-start instructions and confirm eligibility, postage and the authorised destination before posting. Final-sale goods and worn, washed, unlabelled or non-original-condition items are excluded. A CAD10 maintenance/restocking deduction may apply where laundering or steaming is needed.
