THE ORDER HELP DESK

Think you’ve been scammed by Oliver and Blake?

Before you assume the worst, check the detail that matches your problem. A late parcel, a faulty item and a change-of-mind return need different next steps. This guide explains the published routes; it is not a finding of fraud.

Parcel missing? Check these two deadlines

The shipping policy estimates 3–4 business days of processing plus 3–6 in transit: approximately 6–10 overall. The contact FAQ instead allows 3–8 days after dispatch. These estimates differ. Save the delivery promise shown when you ordered and ask support which applies to your parcel.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • No tracking email after five business days? Check spam, then email your order number. The tracking page accepts a tracking number or your order number plus checkout email.
  • Marked delivered but missing? Check the address, household and carrier; the policy asks you to report this within seven days of the delivery scan.

Wrong or damaged item? Keep the evidence

Photograph the item, its label and the packaging before returning anything. The retailer asks for an order number and photos when reporting a faulty, damaged or incorrect item within 30 days.

  • Its policy offers a replacement or full refund for these reports, with return postage covered.
  • Ask for written instructions and keep the parcel receipt. This published promise has not been tested by StraightReview.

Read this before paying return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the policy lists a China warehouse and customer-paid shipping. US, Canadian and Australian customers are offered store credit; the UK/EU sections describe original-payment refunds. Your location matters.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • Email first for the return address. Keep items unworn with tags; sale items and some opened hygiene goods have exclusions.
  • Approved credit or refunds are described as processed within 14 days of return receipt and inspection; bank posting may take longer.

Still unresolved? Protect your payment options

Keep your receipt, tracking screenshots, photographs and messages together. If support cannot resolve the problem, contact the payment provider shown on your receipt and ask about its dispute process. Waiting for a reply should not make you miss a provider's deadline.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • For US credit-card billing errors, the FTC explains a written dispute deadline of 60 days after the first statement containing the error was sent. Product-quality complaints are treated differently.
  • Report an unrecognised payment to your bank promptly. Payment protections vary by method and country; a refund is not guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU GO

Two things worth knowing.

Does an order delay prove Oliver and Blake is a scam?

No. A delay alone does not establish fraud. Check your order records and request a specific update. This help page addresses problems; the separate StraightReview assessment explains our broader view of the store.
