01 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Still waiting? Check this first

Sydney Fraiser lists 1–2 business days for handling, then 5–8 for transit. Compare that estimate with your confirmation and dispatch dates. The policy names a $5.99 US shipping charge; other countries’ charges are left to checkout, so use your own receipt.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • Open the store’s tracking page. Save the latest carrier event and check the delivery address.
  • No movement or marked delivered but missing? Ask support for the carrier’s investigation and a specific next step.

02 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Wrong or damaged item? Keep the evidence

The retailer asks customers to report damaged, defective or incorrect items immediately. Its policy says it pays return shipping for damaged or defective goods. We have not tested that commitment; confirm the arrangement for your particular issue.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • Photograph the item, packaging and problem, and keep your confirmation and product description.
  • Send the order number and requested remedy. Get written return instructions before posting anything.

03 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Want a refund? Request the return first

For standard returns, the published terms require unused or unworn goods, tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Approval comes before posting. The policy mentions a return label, but says customers pay change-of-mind or exchange postage: a label does not necessarily mean a free return.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • Ask for the authorized address and postage cost. Do not assume the London contact address accepts returns.
  • For an approved refund, the store states five business days to the original payment method, plus bank time. Follow up if that processing period passes.

04 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Getting nowhere? Check your payment options

Keep a short written timeline and ask support for an answer to the specific problem. You can also ask your payment provider about its process and deadlines while seeking a retailer response. Report an unauthorized payment promptly; do not wait for support.

Show the stepsHide the steps
  • For US credit-card billing errors, FTC guidance describes a written dispute deadline of 60 days from the first statement showing the error. Debit-card rules differ; quality complaints are not automatically billing errors.
  • Use your provider’s official contact route and accurate records. Outside the US, check local guidance. Store return windows do not extend payment-provider deadlines; recovery is not guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU GO

Two things worth knowing.

Does this page mean Sydney Fraiser is a scam?

No. This is an order-help guide, not a finding of fraud. The separate review explains StraightReview’s existing assessment. Your own order records are what matter when seeking a resolution.

Which Sydney Fraiser support email should I use?

The contact page lists both .com and .co.uk email addresses. The returns policy directs requests to support@sydneyfraiser.com. It also offers a contact form; we have not tested either mailbox or response times.
